Cottage  La Sapin Blanc

La Sapin Blanc is a lovely cottage converted from an ancient barn to a very high standard.  With it's original roof trusses, beams and tiled floors throughout it gives you the comfort and peacefulness that ensures a good holiday.

Tastefully decorated La Sapin Blanc has two bedrooms,  one with a double bed,  one with a single and bunk beds.  A cot is also available free on request.  Linen can be supplied  for a small charge,  this includes fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and bathroom pedestal mats.

The  lounge is  spacious,  bright and airy with high ceilings.   It has a 3 seater settee / sofa bed, and 2 arm chairs.   There is  a DVD and Video player with a small selection of videos.

The kitchen has a full size stainless steel cooker,  fridge, sink with fitted base and wall units and dining table and 6 chairs.    Also provided is cutlery, china and glasses,  a coffee maker,  a micro-wave oven and of course an electric kettle.

French doors lead onto your small private  patio and the large communal  lawned garden ( for guests use ) with many fruit trees and a new 40ft x 20ft swimming pool. 

The shower room has a shower, wash hand basin and toilet.  Hot water is continuous and supplied from a gas water boiler.

All the rooms are bright, freshly decorated and have large windows and views to the front or back gardens. 

Garden furniture, table, 6 chairs, hammock  and lounger are provided along with a full size BBQ to each gite.
